Unable to reach product support for 6mo’s
I have reached out to their customer service team multiple times, but each time I have been met with automated chatbots and no real help. It's frustrating to know that they only want your money and have no interest in ensuring that their customers are satisfied with their product.
Furthermore, the tool itself is not intuitive, and I found it difficult to use. Even after spending hours trying to figure it out, I was left with poor quality transcriptions that were unusable.
In summary, I would not recommend Trint to anyone. The lack of customer support and poor quality of the tool is simply not worth the price they charge. It's clear that Trint only wants your money and has no interest in providing any real value to their customers. Save your money and look for alternative solutions.
