Poor customer support
It would seem that no one at Beaver Point reads these reviews nor they care very much for their customers’ concerns. This app is pretty much useless because it doesn’t work very well. What’s the point of buying a Telescope (like in my case) if the app doesn’t work? The telescope needs a working and flawless app. The app certainly doesn’t meet that standard. Please UPDATE app in a meaningful way. Useless updates here and there are not cutting it! REALLY!! If you want loyal customers and expand your business, then you need to provide a reliable app and you need to make a genuine effort to respond to your customers concerns.Show lessJoeJMV
