No tech support
Fun game BUT, you can’t get any response from support. I just got the new iPhone and need to get my game back (the game started me back at the very beginning), I’ve messaged them a few times about this and no one responded. I’ve spent a bit of money in this game, I want my game back, at the level I was at before I got a new phone.
Also, there is NO IN GAME HELP. No instructions on how to level up, nothing tells you what you need to accomplish in order to level up/get new land. It’s a shame, cuz the game is actually really fun, but the lack of customer support/ in game help really ruins it. So, CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME GET MY GAME BACK OR REFUND ME MY MONEY!!!!Show lessTARDISPrincess

Only started this game. not even on level 5 yet and have to wait 3 hours for water to water the plants! Please change this to make the game a lot more fun.s.m123
Not enough water
This a fun time-filler, but having to wait 4 hours for 10 water 💧 is ridiculous !! To make it fair, either the amount of water should be upped to 25, or the time to recharge should be cut in half. Those amounts are fair for both sides. I will NOT pay for water. If that were the case, I’d delete the game. As is, this game is only a three star ⭐️, but if the other issues are addressed in a positive way for players, it would then become a 5-star game. The three star rating takes no ads into account. If there were ads, this would dive down to a one star. Your graphics are amazing 🤩 & add to the enjoyability of the game.Show lessBobbi Sox 10
Any Updates?
Love this game but there haven't been any updates in a long time. I noticed the items don't gather on their own anymore. When you collect something it just sits there. Please update this great game. :)Carabiss
good game however..
This is a great game and is really engaging. I downloaded last week and having playing almost everyday. However, I think the cooldown time to get more raindrops is way too long. I have to wait 4 hours to get 10 raindrops, which runs out pretty quickly. The amount of energy you have to chop down obstacle also runs out quick. I’ll be on the app for about 5-10 minutes and be forced to get off bc I don’t have the energy points to do anything.Show lessbxbyyydes
Game is alright
The game keeps you busy however there are things that would make it a bit more user friendly. For example being able to expand the view out more especially after opening up more land. It takes forever to build the houses and buildings you need. And when you do open up new land the little magic bottles used to unlock them even when you merge them to the max it takes a lot of them to unlock very little. There is so much unnecessary grind to get very little back in return but they have no problem asking if you want to purchase stuff to help you out more. I understand you need to make money but not everyone is able to pay for game play and that seems to be the new theme with 99% of all games now. Very addictive and fun, my recommendation would be to create more star merge levels. It takes forever to be able to open new land. Would be great if we could merge stars to more than just 810.Amaca24
YOU GAME KEEPS TAKING MY GRAPES!
Since the Squirrel season started, EVERY THIRTY MINUTES, it tells me he season has ended and gives me under 10 coins and takes all my grapes!!! I had 36, i went through 3 plants, and i had to waste at least 10 water drops to get MORE grapes for the dragon race after your game stole mine! And to make things worse THERE IS NO SUPPORT FOR THE GAME!!! THE BUTTON DOES NOTHING. I think its because you link it to Apple Mail, but many people including myself, do not use Apple Mail. It needs to link to a web form. Or put the email address in the app at least! This is not right. I can’t compete in the dragon race, i cant make recipes and i have to waste precious water and lose plants because your game is broken!Show lesssandy81676
