Customer service has really gone down hill.
This game needs some improvement.
1. Advanced settings for the option to only merge in 5’s
2. Other gamers and I haven’t gotten any sort of response back from customer support when we email with issues with the game.
(Not getting rewards for watching the ads etc.)
3. Being forced to play the events like the food airplane events. It blacks out everything until you play it. I would play it if it went to a different screen like other events. This event takes up too much space. Space that I don’t have in the current game.
