Having issues with the Sessions function
Recently, I have been having issues with being able to conduct telehealth sessions through the app. I will get a notification that I have a client in the waiting room but when I go to login, it doesn’t show that there’s anybody in the waiting room and therefore, I cannot conduct the session. This is also happened with the laptop as well so it must be a problem with psychology today. Is anybody else having this problem?

Great app
Love the app and it’s ease of use. What can be frustrating is that I sometimes have to log out and log back in to see if my client signed in because it won’t show it to me right away if I been logged in for a few hours. Also, the client not being able to switch the camera to show me something or to hold it horizontally so the mic doesn’t get blocked can be frustrating. If that’s fixed then 5 stars!

Needs landscape mode
The app will not allow patients to use it in landscape mode. This needs to be corrected, as it causes issues with sound when an iPhone is propped up vertically (blocks the mic).
Not user friendly for psychologist
I can’t get back to my main page or figure out how to search for other psychologists. This is ridiculous t6789012345
No support for landscape mode on IPhone
The app is more stable and has new features, but I still cannot use in landscape mode on IPhone.

The app will not allow me to sign in with my Psychology Today ID & password

Sessions is a fairly straightforward software. I’ve been impressed with it simplicity and accessibility for clients. I would request they add the ability to share screens and collaborate on worksheets together with clients. Overall, I am liking it a lot!
Love that they made an app!!!
So very needed and this is a huge plus for me using sessions and staying with psychology today!
