Wish I had found this at the onset of my hot flashes. I was towards the end of my hot flash journey when I started but this was a marriage saver in helping me eliminate the hot flashes that had become learned as well as the night sweats. If only I had had this when I was also struggling with hot flashes at work, I might not have retired as early as I did.Show lessmookiethecat
