App not good
No point in downloading and using this app. Great idea but a child could develop a better more user friendly app. The pay function only worked once and the navigation is confusing as heck. Why not take a moment and fix it for us frequent travelers.Clsloa
Rejected two credit cards
So many issues - password requires special character but doesn’t tell you, won’t accept either of my credit cards for default card - some stupid error. Oh, well, back to using machine.StevPhel
Can’t pay, can’t add credit card

Does not let you pay on app
This is titled ATL park and pay. You can not pay. I successfully used it to pay, but I have tried weekly with travel over the past 2 months and have not been able to pay. Or add an alternative card to pay with that. I simply can’t add another card. This app is a waste of time.London 2
Password setup not working
Tried to create account with new password and the app gives an error. Tried contacting support and website does not exist.joelatl
App doesn’t work anymore
A while ago I use to be able to pay in the app, now I can’t change my card, the app won’t charge the card currently in there for the vehicle I added. Plus there is no phone number to call. Also the email link is to the mail app and not just a simple email.Hadesgangsta
Paying through the app is no longer working
The app no longer accepts payments for parking. The only thing it’s good for is telling how long you’ve parked and the charge.Henry’s reviews 347
Unusable App - not recommended
Would not accept credit card information. Would not save credit card information. Eventually just used the credit machine on level 4 to pay the parking fee and depart the garage.CMSchul71
Inconsistent
This evening the app did not let me pay. Sort it out….
It has worked for me to pay when arriving back into ATL and walk to my car and drive out. I don’t feel I can trust your app
