Fun until your banned

If you have a phone and tablet, you can easily get banned and not even know your doing anything wrong. Only load the app on one of your devices. I didn’t know this before, but if you load the game on your phone, then load the game on your tablet you will get banned. Who would of thought? My son wanted to play so I added the game to my tablet and bam now I’m banned from the game. The game should prompt that when you start to set up an account that you will be banned for having it on multiple devices.

Two sets of rules

This was my go to app for gaming, with games I enjoyed, found challenging, and had a nice variety of them. But now it only causes me frustration and aggravation as I play by one set of rules and the opponent clearly has a different set!?! From the lopsided amount of time to complete a move, to the # of turns allowed, to magically changing the board, or having all new pieces miraculously be exactly what’s needed to catch up from a huge deficit. I like being tested, and respect the play of solid competitors, but when inferior players with uninspired play get to cheat their way to the top, and games are stolen from right beneath you from either these advantages or even connection loss, when your Wi-Fi is buzzing at full speed…well, it takes the fun right out of it!

Gamee Arc8 ‘something’s amiss’

If you enjoy playing against a stacked house this is the place for you. If you don’t mind your opponent getting to go 5 turns to your 2. If you welcome the challenge of a far inferior opponent having the ability to change tiles whenever an obvious move doesn’t present itself, or it doesn’t bother you that their timer is twice as slow as yours, then you’ve found your home my friend. The concept is solid. The games varied. But the games are rigged plain and simple. Enjoy, just remember Deep Breaths….

UX awfull

I paid for a pass that I never know I was not using. My wallet was linked to the game but not Paired … developers didn’t cared at all with the answer: “just ask us next time” , I don’t know how am I supposed to ask something that I don’t know

The Leagues are rendered everywhere in the game so yes I thought all this time that I was playing with the Arc8 pass league

You just really need to improve the UX and have a more supportive relationship with players and consumers I played this game with the pass and didn’t even get to receive the g-bot starter , really not cool

No customer service

Can’t get a hold of anyone from the company to help me get the app working again. I think with better customer service this app may be alright. I’ll let you know if I get help from them before I give up and just uninstall it.

App crashes

I don’t know why but the app has periods where it will keep crashing. And I have to delete it and redownload for it to work. Which is super inconvenient. I play less because of it. It’s a great app. Fix this one flaw and I will gladly give it five stars
