Very effective

Beautiful artwork and audio. I use alongside the Inner Balance app to achieve my highest coherence every time.

Insomniacs get this app!

I’ve tried numerous apps to help me sleep over the years and all of them have fallen short…except this one! Beautiful digital art and relaxing non ‘spa like ‘ accompanying music. This whole app is put together with integrity and a love of art…it oozes with both. Totally blown away by some of the short films, they’ve taken me to another world, beautiful to watch and helped me relax. They have helped sleep when I’ve been in that very lonely, 4am can’t sleep place. Thank you for making this app, it’s wonderful 💝

Confusing site

I can’t find consistent means of setting up more than one artwork at a time for breathing (4 minutes is not enough but having all of them is really good). Sometimes a ‘play all’ link appears for all of them and sometimes It’s not there. Could you please give me clear instructions on how to line up all the artwork for one session.

Love this App!

This is such a fantastic asset to my HeartMath practice. It’s so easy to just go into the app & get going. Images are so beautiful. It makes breath work so accessible
I have been advising all my clients to start using it. Added to that it’s FREE for 1 full month.
Excellent

Wonderful Tool!

This is a great app to meditate, do breath work and to enter a state of coherence. I love the integration of art and uplifting music, it makes the process of de-stressing and relaxing easier and more enjoyable.

Coherence made easy

The app makes it easy to achieve coherence. Perfect fusion of calming music and art.

If coherent breathwork is what you want this is the Best App on the current market.

Over the years, being also a teacher of vipassana meditation, yoga teacher and practitioner, I have tried different methods and strategically worked on conscious self-regulation of awareness. This app will not only give you instant access to your coherent state (do experiment with different timing and music and shapes) but important note here is *your*. Everyone of us has a different coherence resonance (even if just slightly) and it can also vary on a days when we are going through the emotional, physiological, psychological or spiritual challenges. Syntropy allows you to know *your* much more profoundly, without spending a fortune. Syntropy will be useful to anybody who is interested to restore balance from stress, overwhelm, judgemental and critical mind, depressive moods or even laziness. It can also perhaps benefit anybody who wants to develop more direct experience of inner harmony and yet feeling of engaging and compassionate approach to daily responsibilities.

Easy way to help relax and reduce stress

Fantastic app to use throughout the day to reduce stress. Each session is only a few minutes and can be easily incorporated into the day to take a break. Good for the whole family with various breathing cycle options. Brilliant!

Love this app!

This app is simple to use and absolutely wonderful! Not only does it aid relaxation and heart coherence (you can choose which) it also supports artists to produce the stunning videos, has a new fractal every week and looks good. The colours are stunning, some take my breath away and I find Syntropy a very good aid towards keeping my heart in coherence. And it helps me enjoy a good night’s sleep. Highly recommended.
