App Issues
For the most part i’ve really loved this app, but it’s just has so many issues with going down all the time and it stays down for long periods of time to where you can’t even access the app. You guys have got to fix this soon because it’s making me want to switch banks. I never see anybody else having these issues

I have used your software since the beginning. I now use your app on my IPAD. The last update has had my first ever problems. I use a numerical code to enter the app, works great, when the app comes up the dashboard appears and i touch the view accounts under the dashboard and it brings up all accounts on the left top of the screen, that is normal. So i can select an account to pay bills, see transaction, make a transfer BUT the options on the left side of the screen do not appear on the screen. Options such as Transfer, Pay Bills, and so on. The left side of the screen is empty, just a black screen. If I try to sign out of the app the screen remains blank so I can’t sign out . I hope closing the app signs me out, but i do not like to close the app without signing out first.

I was working in Rochester NY managing a Computer Center when the software was first released and one of the banks VP’s called me to ask if I would be one of the first long distance users. I said of course. That was in the 90’s. I have Never had a problem one. So please come up with a fix. Have a Fantastic Day.

I really appreciate this app. It makes banking so much easier. I hope they change anything.

I sure don’t like this new revision to the Citizens app. It is cumbersome, hard to pay bills on my iPhone, which is how I’ve always used this app. The actual app can’t be found for my MacBook Air. I just hate this app. I never use that word “hate” but I really do despise it.
