I tried for weeks to transfer to this app and was never able to set up an account. Do t try calling because you won’t get an answer, email was the only way I got customer service. They tried to change my email so I could get the registration code but never got it to take. I finally sent an email indicating I was tired of trying and that was where it stopped. No follow up to an obviously frustrated customer. Online banking is what attracts and keeps customers nowadays, I for one will not be using OUFCU for any future needs.
