Too Many Emails
I joined, I bought and I enjoyed the animal tracker but I left something in my cart and I was assaulted with multiple emails from your company to complete the purchase. I unsubscribed at that time because of the multiple emails I received. Great product, great tracker but the emails stopped me.Rmlb36

So originally I thought it was 100% worth it and it was great because the store employee told me we got out own animal. But then I saw the reviews and someone also got a logger head adult female sea turtle named pop tart. So we do have to share with some people but otherwise it’s pretty good.lilamarron

Fahlo is a great app but when i got my elephant named Magado, it told me that the last time that she moved was like 5 months ago and it slowly is changing by days but my only complaint is that it takes a looooonnnnnggggggtime to update.gooberals16

Hello! I got the elephant bracelet for Christmas and already obsessed with this app! It has not failed me. And I LOVE helping out animals in need. My animals name is Timurid and she’s a female. It gives me the description and tells me a bunch of facts about my elephant! It’s shows me her last location, how much miles she has recently walked, her largest amount of miles, etc. I 100% RECOMMEND buying if you want to help out the animals! Another thing that I really loved is how they give you a bracelet, too!Mar Mar 💋

This is such a cool concept but when I got my shark (November 25) it said he had not moved since July 20th and I am very sad because I hope he is not dead and I paid 18 dollars for a dead shark her name is Mia and she’s a hammer headReacat

I got a bracelet today and it turned out my turtle hadn’t moved for 2 months. I messaged them about it and within 2 hours they got back to me. They gave me a new turtle. 10/10 costumer service!!SierraTheBare

I love this app and tracking the animal bracelets I’ve purchased. It’s great to view an animals journey throughout their life and knowing we are making a difference and trying to save these precious creatures. No this app is not a game but it’s an app that makes a difference in saving wildlife so that our children can enjoy these precious animals in their future.Jessica777

This app is awesome and the people and the mission behind it is amazing! Donating 10% to non-profit organizations to help bring awareness and to save these beautiful animals. The customer care service is top tier and is the kindest, quickest and the most outstanding care I’ve received from any business. My son and I love to sit and track “his” shark!
