Absolutely nothing
App is ugly and doesn’t do anything. A few useless buttons. No usability, no sections, no purpose to use. And opens browser for any request.
Terrible app
App has been broken for months and it doesn’t look like CWS has any plans of fixing it. The community section freezes the app every time you click on it. I guess I’m grateful the work orders still go through.
IPAD APP updated
The app is horrible. Now the app does not even let me in. I deleted this crappy app asap on my devices. Now I just go. O the rent cafe site to pay. This app is worthless …. I will just email them for work orders. With the manger locking out new post why bother to have this app?
Payment doesn’t work
The next button doesn’t work, so I can’t pay my bills on this app. Bummer

Can’t submit a work order online, can’t submit a work order through here. Whoever designed this app did not properly beta test before launching it.
Garbage app
ActiveBuilding was way easier and more stable than this for paying rent.

Can’t pay rent from this and rent cafe says your not on there. Nice.

Lousy
This app does not work. I’m never able to log in, though I can use the portal online (which isn’t much better). The old system was vastly superior. I don’t like being so harsh, but there seems to be nothing positive about this app.
Completely unnecessary
Obvious attempt by CWS to collect information on the residents, app is worthless. Makes everything two times more complicated than how it used to be with a website. CWS continues to get worse by the day
Payment Portal
The CWS app doesn’t properly link to the payment portal. I had to separately download the rent cafe app. It’s like some high school students created the app, although they may have done a better job. There also seems to be an issue with using Chrome.
