Was looking forward to using this as a general health device. Will not pair. Total waste, feel like I was scammed. Live and learn I guess. Would give zero stars if I could.
Does not work!
Simply does not work at all. It will power up but the app does not even attempt to connect to the device. It will, however, connect to your home/local network and your cellular network. This is a scam! Don’t download this app! It is probably trying to steal your info from phone and/or home network.

What is this ? I downloaded the app by the barcode that I purchase no long ago but it did not work on my iPhone

I bought this device and followed the instructions but no image appears in the app/on my phone from the device :(
Nope
I was so excited since I had recently got into Wax Whisperer. Does not work at all and of course returning it to China isn’t an option. ☹️
No image - doesn’t work
Followed instructions several times but no image showing. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times but no luck! Troubleshooting says to contact customer service but no contact number or email!
Doesn’t work
The app showing connected even when the camera is off! No picture or any function. I’ve restarted several times, uninstalled and downloaded the app again but nothing!
