Terrible
Purchased this app. When trying to use it, it get trying to get me to upgrade even though I had the upgraded version. Because of this it’s hard to navigate or use quickly. Also, canceled my subscription but because I purchased it for a year, it should still be available just not auto renew. However, when I tried using it again, it sent me to upgrade again and wouldn’t let me use because I didn’t upgrade or renew the purchase

Badly designed
I bought the subscription but keep getting the initial purchase page. It makes no sense. This app is really badly designed and therefore difficult to use. Dont bother!
New Subsciber
I cannot get app to access camera on IPad or IPhone. Permission has been granted on both but when I press camera on app I get thrown out.
Immediately crashes!
App crashes as soon as I press “start now”

I start the app for tree and ir crashes, that doesn’t invite me to buy this app

After opening the app the only choice is “start now”. But when I hit that button it just takes me to my iPad’s Home Screen.

Absolutely useless
If you’re running the free version. It will identify one big and then put you in and endless loop of take a picture, ask to identify and then put you back to the pay now screen. Hitting the continue with free button just cycles back around. Deleting!
Only 1 free picture then must pay
These comments must be bait as I chose the limited version (free) took one picture which it identified as a cockroach when clearly a bettle. I took another picture & to see results I must now pay! False advertising it’s not free at all just a 1 picture trial
Allows you to search for one insect only
All very well, but this app seems to allow you to search for one insect only after taking a picture and then the app insists that you pay for premium usage! I will be uninstalling this app as it is clearly extremely limited if it only allows you to search for one insect for free.
