The worst system connection rip off
I am in my 60s app providers start making systems simple bought a Sonos 2 Bluetooth took my money to pay app it is like building the harbour bridge
I understand all those young it people know but there is a larger market out there then just the you genera

We have Sono 1 which worked wonderfully! With Sono 2 upgrade, only 1 speaker would work. I called and got an incident report and it has NEVER been addressed or fixed.
I understand there are several brands out now, but I paid a lot of money for the bar, woofer, and all the speakers. I have only one speaker that works. I have tried all the fixes which are provided to “fix” your problem; however they don’t work!Show lessSonos 1
Unable to use product due to not being compatible. Unable to download Sonos S2 to downgrade to S1. Not user friendly at all 😒Now they want to charge us to use the speakers we bought from them
