I’ve just written a review after your September 2024 update that’s stopped my system from connecting yet again. I completed the instructions to find the network again didn’t work, it gave me options of set new system up or down load the only Sonos app I didn’t have. The system worked (saying that loosely) now because you done yet another update I got to use another app? Frankly, I’ve had enough of your incompetence, in despair I looked for the Sonos 2 app knowing this is going to be hard work. Top of the list searching for your app was a third party app for £3.99 it had good reviews and I doubted it could be as bad as yours! Well I downloaded it and opened it up and it instantly worked I didn’t have to do any apart from select the music. So far it’s better and works flawlessly, ARE YOU EMBARRASSED if you’re not you should be, the resources you have behind you, the app should be out of this world. I won’t be investing any more money in your company!!!
