فلوسي تم سحبها بدون سبب

كنت حاط مبلغ ٥٠٠٠ عشان احولها لبنك ثاني يوم حولت جات العمليه مرفوضه الغبنه ان يور بي سحب المبلغ من حسابي ويوم دقيت عليهم قالو معلقه ١٤ الغبنه اني في بريطانيا وابي ادفع الايجار حقي وذولي وانظمتهم نكبتني ف اتمنا مااحد يستخدم هذا البنك ويطيح في مشكله زيي وهو في حاجة هذي الفلوس

Limit to add daily to 2000

Limit the app to 2000 daily card deposit all of the sudden is very frustration. Transfer to local banks is 5.75 very unreasonable. Unable to remove people in frequent contact as I want to decide which people I want to add or remove. I love the family wallet but not both parents can transfer to kids, only the father, I want to add people who can transfer to my kids like mother, uncle, grandparents.

Please fix the network issue on the app, too bad

For the pass few days the app has been acting wired. You can’t send money , just saying network is unavailable. I tried many times not working , please fixed this issue for nit to lose your customers

Fire the people who updated a perfect app to trash

The app worked perfectly before. But now cannot transfer internationally. Error states that the name cannot begin with special characteristics. Called the helpline multiple times but no one can solve the problem and now it has been three days. It is just ridiculous that the company has hired an IT team whose job is to mess up perfectly working app into a waste of time, probably will close the account now and go somewhere else for money transfer

Missing Reporting Features

I just switched from STCPay to using Urpay and so far I’m liking it. One major feature I lost with this transition is the monthly spending report. Please add monthly spending historical reports to Urpay so I can give it a 5 ⭐️👌🏻

Don’t download this Scam app!

Save your money and time because this app is a scam, They will take a minimum 5 riyal fee for every transaction you do even to your own bank account, Plus the app doesn’t work most of the times.

Need little improvement

My issues with app are the following:

1. it should have multiple wallet, so I can put dedicated money for 1 card and other amount for another card.

2. Mada card. As some stores still does not accept visa card.

3. It use to give 1% cash back and now its 0.6%, please bring it back.

4. Money transfer to banks should be the normal fee 1 SAR. But it seems to cost around 5 SAR.

5. Increase limit from 20K to 30K.

Other than that is good app. It has everything you need as little bank transaction.

5 riyals for local transfer!!!!

Why you adding a fee for a transfer what is the point you coming like stc pay I am not using your app anymore

Also you are lying regarding the 1% Cashback return I am going to report to to the ministry of trade for faking this to your customers

please everyone go to AlinmaPay it has no fee transfer and the highest Cashback good reddens from urpay $ stc pay goodbye 👋
