Don’t waste your time contacting them even when they say make a recording and contact us or whatever nonsense they try to sell you on. I’ve done all of it. I’ve contacting corporate and have talked to so many people. They will not do anything. They do not care. It’s a waste of your time. Just accept that their promise of this app is a lie and that will not change. Makes me feel less safe when riding because if they can’t manage a simple app how can I trust them to build a safe bikeShow less183756549373849555
APP not working
My app was working normally but since October 2022 It was showing a different bike and wrong fuel level but now It’s not show anything and I can’t use my navigation. Btw one of the reasons I bought the bike was the navigation system.

I managed to log in and setup an account fine.
The navigation part of the app won’t let me search for any address, it just remains as a
Blank screen.
If you favourite your location you can use that and it will work off that however no way to search for an address and set that as your destination300SR MY22

When I fist download the app, works fine, display right picture of my motorbike and the navigation work fine. Since the last update, there is no way to used the navigation and search for a place, the picture displayed it is a different motorbike, the fuel level it’s different than the one provided by the screen in the motorbike. This app / the Bluetooth on the bike is broken.
Right now you can’t set the clock manually on the LCD without the Bluetooth causing it to change. The app should allow the user to set up the entire LCD not just 12hr vs 24hr options. The app should allow me to completely cater my LCD options with my phone including the brightness of the LCD. Why have advance bluetooth features if you can’t even set up the basic level items like setting your clock and having it keep time correctly.
Also, why is the image only a stock photo? I have a white CLX and I don’t want to stare at a grey one.Show lessAirdog84

Registration button on app to set up a new account is broken. I’ve tried it on two separated devices, and it doesn’t work. Par for the course I guess….the hold world is turning to crap.
Found a work around. Got friend who has iPhone 11 to DLoad app on his phone and registered my account. Once registered, logged in on my phone and set up app. Then deleted off friends phone. Also, for people who can’t see registration button, turn zoom off on your phone.Show lessCondor351

Invalid VIN - customer care contacted
Keep getting “invalid vin” error. Contacted CF Moto customer care and got 3 possible reasons - dealer already registered on their app (dealer did not), CFMoto data base needed 2 days to process sale of VIN (been 2 weeks now), or unstable internet connection (internet and 5g are stable). Has to be a problem with the Tbox, Vin database, or app itself. No further response from CF MotoShow lessPCpewpew
