  • Its Ok

    No real issues except for it keeps logging me out every time I click out of the app. I press the remember me button as well . I just don’t understand why app will not let me stay logged in

    There is a problem with app access when we try to login the OK sign stays there and we have to close app again and then sign in again.

  • App do not work

    It is not allowing me to search for loads. I could use every other section but not the search for loads. If I delete and go back will allow me to search but I can’t scrolled down. Then it just stop working.

  • Almost useless!

    This application will not work, you need to log in twice each time to have it work, uploading documents after completed trip doesn’t work either.

  • App is trash!!!!

    You can sit and put in your search info but if u leave off that “find loads” and come back you must put in all your search info AGAIN! You can’t go check on any other tab. That’s so annoying I won’t be using this app it’s time consuming.

    Good Morning, We do not currently have the saved lanes feature; however, we appreciate you feedback as that is something we intend to develop. At this time, you can use the Beon Carrier Desktop Portal as that currently allow you to save lanes. Regards, Customer and Carrier Experience Team
  • Poor Design

    Intended to take away the incentive to lower margins and over all a complete mess - At NTG you can expect 9/10 LTL loads get reclassed; lost, or thrown on the rail.

  • Latest updated messed up

    This latest update has the prices messed up. Shows different when you click on the load. Please update. Also can we add a saved lane feature so I don’t have to keep reading my truck filters.

    Good Morning, This was an internal issue with system migration and has now been addressed. Please update your app. The saved lane feature has not yet been deployed. At this time, you can use the heart lane button to add yourself to a routing guide for loads. Our desktop Beon Carrier Portal will allow you to save searches.   • App only good for updating load info

    App is not good for searching loads doesn’t allow me to scroll down, search or anything . Only shows current location and one load. Good to upload documents, tracking and checking payment status.

  • App hang constantly

    I don't no whats going in with my beon app.
    I uninstall it and install it back for 3 times but
    Still load board not working .
    Don't know what to do.
    Plz advice something
