Hi There!!! – a video chat solution with real time captions: speech to text, instant messaging, and animated American Sign Language sticker emojis - all within a video call. Just Talk! – a text chat board solution with real time captions: text to speech, speech to text, and animated ASL sticker emojis - within a live two-way conversation – perfect for noisy and quiet places.
The Hi There Solutions application has both Basic and Premium subscription plans that auto-renew yearly.
The Basic subscription plan only includes the Hi There!!! video chat solution with three levels of video minutes and instant messages from which to choose.
The Premium subscription plan includes both the Hi There!!! video chat solution and the Just Talk! text chat board solution with three levels of video minutes and instant messages from which to choose.
Your unused video minutes and instant messages roll over to the next annual subscription period.
You may upgrade from the Basic plan to the Premium plan at any time, and you may upgrade to higher tier levels within your plan.
Subscriptions automatically renew annually unless they are canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in Settings after purchase.
The app also includes a Top Up in-app purchase plan consisting of three levels of additional video minutes and instant messages from which to choose if you are running low in your current plan.

I’m trying to get through the basic setting up an account. I’ve tried over a week. Trying to get the app to confirm my telephone number. It’s not doing it. This is really some thing I needed to connect with a friend
