On the right track
Interpreter wait times are the shortest with this service. I am effortlessly able to verify my Convo number with services that verify by phone call.
There are three features I wish Convo had:
1) Companion app equivalent to Purple/Z’s Sivo or Sorenson’s Wavello so that non-signers can have interpreted video calls with me withOUT requiring me to dial around to the other two companies
2) Personalized greetings for videomail
3) Willingness to issue point-to-point only VP numbers to ASL-fluent hearing individuals without speech disabilities that would qualify them to use VRS interpretation services. Despite being the first to acknowledge that FCC rules allow for hearing signers to be issued VP numbers, they still refuse to do this.
