If the app does not install you can get support from Apple at https://support.apple.com/en-gb/watch or https://getsupport.apple.com/topics Remember you need to install from the App Store on your Apple Watch (not from your iPhone) as this an Apple Watch only app.
Does not read HR
Does not read my heart rate on apple watch series 6. Laid down left it for fo e mins no reading whatsoever

Make you you give the app Heart rate permissions please and your watch is tight, but not too tight on your wrist.

I just had an actual VO2 test done at a performance medicine institute and this app overestimated my my performance by 18! That’s an awful lot.

A clinical measurement is going to be much more accurate.
