ITime set up
I have tried for the last two days to get a verification code with different phones and different email accounts with no codes ever sent. My daughter was very excited to use this watch and now it is basically useless as anything other than a basic watchKrisS2112
Can’t create account
It won’t send me a verification code to create my account. It says that it has sent it and I’ve tried several times but it’s been over 24 hours and there has yet to be an email sent to my account. And it only gives you 60 seconds from the time you request the code to the time you enter it so it’s pretty impossible at this point. How is this thing so buggy if y’all fixed the bugs?Show lessYouKnow1313

Verification code
I’ve tried for two days to get a verification code sent to me so I can hook up the watch to my daughters phone and it won’t send one.
I’ve checked all folders including spam and it is never delivered. I even tried on a different phone and it still won’t send one!KaraBennett112313

Making an account
This stupid app doesn’t let me make an account and when I click on get a verification code, it says sent but when I check my email, ITS NOT THERE no matter how many times I try it doesn’t help I definitely wouldn’t recommend getting the app and don’t spend your money on their watches because that’s what happened to me.Show lessMya slays all day
Can’t sign in or sign up.
I can’t even sign in or sign up. It keeps saying I have to agree to some agreement but there’s nothing just the sign in or sign up page. You can not pass that part you cannot agree to any policy because no policy pops up to read to agree to. I want to return the watch because this app is not working at all!Show lessgoogle V
