I forgot my password for app cannot pair or get into app how can I get new password link to rest my phone and watch I have 3 plus elite watch and iPhone 5 I download app but can’t get password keeps coming up already in use please helpTrash company
I bought this watch a little over a year ago! Initially was a good watch and I enjoyed tracking everything. Then I went to login and it said login failed. I had to create a new account which worked initially for awhile, but then logged me out again. Been going back and forth with their terrible tech support and now I find out the app I have been using is no longer usable and the watch I have is basically trash since I can’t sync to it anymore! Such a terrible waste of money. I hope no one buys from this company since they did not make it right since it was out of a year.Show lessDeveloper Response
