    I forgot my password for app cannot pair or get into app how can I get new password link to rest my phone and watch I have 3 plus elite watch and iPhone 5 I download app but can’t get password keeps coming up already in use please help
  • Trash company

    I bought this watch a little over a year ago! Initially was a good watch and I enjoyed tracking everything. Then I went to login and it said login failed. I had to create a new account which worked initially for awhile, but then logged me out again. Been going back and forth with their terrible tech support and now I find out the app I have been using is no longer usable and the watch I have is basically trash since I can’t sync to it anymore! Such a terrible waste of money. I hope no one buys from this company since they did not make it right since it was out of a year.

    Customer service ROCKS!
    Addressed my issue very quickly. New improved devices and new improved app!
    I love this watch! No monthly subscription. Affordable. Easy to use. Works perfect for my activity level.
  • App doesn't always work

    The pedometer matches up fine but if you go to the app after set up it keeps having log in issues. The pedometer watch itself also works great! Need to fix that bug with logging in and staying logged in!
  • Logs me out every 24 hours

    I had used it a while ago worked great.
    Dug it out charged it started wearing it and it denied my password I thought ok it’s hey case I haven’t used it used a new email and password. 24 hours later same thing. Used Facebook to sign in google, Same thing. 24 hours later won’t accept my login and password. Other than that I love the watch.

  • NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY

    I bought this watch, charged it then connected it to my phone using the 3PLUS ELITE app. It was okay at first, but then the next day the app wanted me to log back in and it wouldn’t let me. NO MATTER WHAT I DID. I uninstalled the app reinstalled and TRIED to log back in, but same thing it wouldn’t let me. So, I put forgot password to see if I could log back in like that, but no. I had to send supposedly a link to my email in order to reset my password and I NEVER got a link so that ALSO DID NOT WORK EITHER. I even tried to create an account and it said that the email already existed so basically there was nothing I could do. Sooo….yeah not worth your money. I REPEAT. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!!!

  • Product works okay, app does not

    The 3+ watch works as intended with little issues for me (had it for years), however the app is constantly logging me out daily and when I put in the proper credentials it says “login failed try logging in again”. Even if I try to send a password reset email, they do not get sent even if I try multiple times or look through every folder, they’re not there. So I’ve had to remake my account multiple times just to view the app’s ui once I log in.

  • App is useless

    It let me make an account but logged me out the next day and when I try to go back in it says error logging in. There’s no point in making an app that non accessible especially for a watch. Get it fixed or lose customers Thats how i see it. Either update the app or make the old ones obsolete it’s not fair I bought it for my health and it doesn’t work!!! Fix it please or take it down!!

  • 24 hour fail

    I’m writing this review on a Tuesday. I bought this tracker on Sunday because it was on clearance at Walmart. I only wanted it for counting my steps but it promoted other things as well. I charged it from Sunday to Monday. Last night I downloaded the app and got everything synced to my phone. I woke up this morning and the app is saying I need to log in. When I try to, it tells me that the log in failed but won’t say why. I deleted the app and downloaded it again. I tried to register again and it told me my email is already in use.

    So my email is recognized but it won’t recognize anything when I log in. So basically I can’t see anything this app is doing. I’m stuck. I just have the watch and no access to the app and info. I guess I see why it was only $15 bucks. I checked the internet and see others have also been locked out of their app with no help from the company.

    It took less than 24 hours for this to change from a “great purchase” to trash!

  • Not good

    I recently found my old watch it when I connected it to the app it worked perfect for a day. But when I went onto the app to look at how long I slept for it logged me out and told me “Login failure please login again” and when I tried to login again it didn’t work. So I thought my password was wrong, I reset the password and it still said the same thing. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and nothing has worked!
