Bluetooth connection issues
Tried a lot of times to connect to the app and it doesn’t connect as it should. Finally with the last update, the watch doesn’t pair at all. I did a reset and unpair the device. Tried to set a new clean connection and it doesn’t work at all. Can’t connect the device. Also with one of the updates the calories goes to 450 without using the watch. You should work on some better updates. (Used on iPhone 6s)Show lessMarianoMJ94
Okay...
I bought this because I want to upgrade to an Apple Watch. I thought this would hold me over. I have a Fitbit Alta right now and the rectangular look is getting annoying. I didn't know how good my Alta was until I tried this. I tried the tracker out and it doesn't get any of my steps right. I took 30. My Fitbit counted it perfectly and the elite didn't get any of it... The app doesn't sync very well and the app doesn't even say the same steps as the tracker does. ( when it finally syncs ) the app and the tracker don't work very well. If you are looking for an accurate tracker, I would recommend apple or Fitbit. Off brands might be cheap but apple and Fitbit are worth the money if you are looking for accurate information.Show lessGugula346
