  • Needs more shoe options

    Great app, but it recently there have been people posting the wrong shoes under different shoes in order to attempt to sell to a lack of newer shoe options for selling... The devs need to add newer shoes, and shoes rather than Jordan's and dunks for selling.
  • Never order from here

    I ordered a pair of Jordan 3 unite and it has been around 11 days or more day and it still says “waiting for seller shipment “ and I cant find a way to return the shoes and I even tried to mail them but they still haven’t responded to my message.
  • Not bad

    This App is really good when trying to buy shoes, maybe sometimes you can get sent really neat pairs of shoes but that’s at your own risk. Selling may sometimes be a little tricky when having problems with sizing or accidentally not selecting something causing a long wait for your item to be sold

    -on a side note y’all should sell clothes like Nike techs, essentials , ect and soccer cleats or football
  • Horrible Service and Process

    I wouldn’t even give this app 1 star. This app is ok to buy shoes but there’s been many instances we’re they send you reps or really bad condition shoes not shown in the pictures. But selling is the worst, I’ve had many problems when selling both my shoes, they claimed that the laces on my Jordan 11s weren’t original when I NEVER EVER changed them and that they had to wait for the buyer to approve, which took FOREVER, almost a month till the buyer approved. And same thing with the current shoe I’m selling now, apparently the shoe was the wrong size and it’s been over a month without the buyer approving which is horrendous. If you want to sell or buy something stay far away from this app, use eBay where they actually authenticate the shoes and has much better costumer/seller support.
  • Fool me once…

    There are some great deals on Ouro. And it’s a win when you get them. However, I have bought a pair and bid on a pair and in both cases had the seller never come through and actually send the shoes to Ouro. Ouro got my money right away though. I waited for up to a month for Ouro to contact the seller before finally writing to customer service. There was no attempt by Ouro to contact me ever. I don’t know if they ever attempted to contact the seller about why they weren’t sending the shoes. Ouro only responded that they cancelled the sale and that I’ll get my refund back in 5-10 days but only after I wrote them to ask where my shoes were. One time could have been a fluke but two times seems like a problem Ouro needs to fix. I recommend not buying. I recommend bidding even if only a dollar less just to see if the seller responds to save yourself the hassle of having your money tied up. And even if the seller does respond, keep an eye on your purchase, because they may never send the shoes and Ouro won’t be contacting you about it.
  • No change in the status.

    I ordered these shoes about 4-5 days ago and the status hasn’t changed from “awaiting from seller pickup” to “in transit” or “delivered”. I’m not sure if it’s a problem on their end. If the status hasn’t changed, I will ask for cancellation of the order and a full refund. eBay is much better as everything is guaranteed to be authentic and the prices are much cheaper. Should have used eBay instead.

    Please email us with your order number to have your order canceled and refunded immediately. Every sneaker gets sent to us first for authentication, but if the seller never ships the shoes we must cancel, contact@ouroapp.com.
  • Scam

    Stay clear of this app recently sold two pairs of shoes on this app the shoes were received and authenticated by the app. My money is in. A balance on the app when I try to cash out it says failed on the second day I’ve tried 2x and still nothing. So I am out of two shoes and my money. Wouldn’t not recommend.

  • Don't expect to get a pair of shoes

    I ordered two pairs of shoes that off this app I checked and waited for the first shoe until I found out that it had been 14 days and my shoes haven't been shipped I sent a email and all I got back was tracking information. Then a couple days later I found out I was refunded and I got no shoes then I thought ok maybe it's just bad luck and If I order again I'll get my shoes then I ordered a pair of green Jordan 1 lows and it has been 16 days I have got no updates the shoes haven't been shipped and I probably will just get a refund again so to conclude the app it is a place where you can't get any shoes and you just waste your time looking for no reason. I'd recommend to anyone looking to buy used shoes don't use this medocre TikTok sham of a business and buy off of eBay or Grailed.

  • Refund

    This app is a good idea but I ordered some shoes Jordan 5 moonlight and it was cancelled and I never received a refund of my 211 and every time I try to contact them it never works

    Hi Andrew, this order was canceled on April 27th, refunds can take up to 5-10 days to settle.
  • Add new features!!

    Love this app, just wish they had a “recently added” tab on the home page or something so peoples shoes can get pushed out faster.
