Loving FF
The staff at Fitness First are very nice and friendly. They are always willing to help you out with any questions you may have regarding the training sessions or classes. They are also very welcoming to the gym members and also other visitors to the gym. The gym instructors are wonderful and they are quite knowledgeable about the classes that they teach, ie the techniques and methods on how to use the equipment etc. would recommend to anyone who may be interested in joining the gym.

easy to use and clear function. would be better if can log activities automatically after attend classes or load data from the Life Fitness machines.
New App Update 4.0.6 Terrible
If we set a reminder to book a class. The notification gets sent like it did at 6am this Wednesday morning for next Wednesdays classes. But then we are unable to book the class that’s open for booking unless you actually completely delete the app off your phone, reinstall it and then login again. You can’t simply log out and log back in. This then wipes all previous reminders set in your app profile but lets you then book the class that just became open for booking. It appears the app doesn’t like you trying to book a class you set a reminder for, this is even if the reminders were set after the last app update, this is an error within the new version of the app. We are able to book all other later classes that same day that a reminder was not set for, so it could even be a timing issue in the algorithm that has been set. Once I deleted, reinstalled and logged back in, I am able to book next Weds classes, you can’t just simply clear the reminder or only log out and log back in. Form a customer experience point of view we can’t keep doing that, thats a poor customer journey and I’m sure the app developers did not design it this way, now I have to set reminders in my own calendar which is stupid. Please fix this as it’s a real fight to get on the popular classes in our club, it’s like the early morning fight to get the best sun lounger on a resort holiday hahaha!

A very easy to use app. I really liked how I could select my preferred location as this makes booking classes even easier!

Good app for bookings classes.
I only got to FF gym because I have a work membership. However I’m loving the facilities in Fenchurch street branch. Best steam room. I always book my classes with this app. Very quick and easy informative. No lags.
Good app with an annoying tracker bug
The app is fine overall, but the recent update in the workout tracker on iPhone means the small video of each workout stops audio from playing, so every time you track a workout you keep having music interrupted. No way to provide app feedback without going through my club.
It is a great app BUT
- it takes ages to load the app, please reduce the time on the splash screen
- most importantly, it takes ages to load your member card: a key feature of the app. It makes the first minute coming into the gym a “not so pleasant experience” and it’s stressful if you’re going to a class in the next few mins. Please please consider the option to allow users to just add it to their iPhone wallet. Please, how can this be a feature for a Pret subscription, but not for FFX? Please consider this feature, it’s annoying every single time I have to load the app to access the members card.
