Clean & User Friendly
I was instantly struck by the clean and beautiful design of this app. Sometimes app user experience and interface can feel overly intricate and complex. This app is supremely easy to use - almost intuitive from the get go. This is by far the best app I’ve ever seen for the cannabis industry, period. Great work High Tide!

Friendly drivers
It’s a little more but I get coupons and drivers are always friendly and usually arrive quick . Nice when I fly to lax i usually can order and get it by time I get home.

Sorting options needed on app
Wish there were more sorting options, other than categories, on app. Like gram size, saliva/indica/hybrid… etc
Great service but the app never opens.
Stuck on a constant loading page for weeks. Been having to order through the website every time.

Long term happy customer
I’ve been ordering from hightide going on two years and they have the best delivery and overall service! The products are legit and every employee I spoke with are super nice! I had trouble with a pod once and they didn’t even ask questions just asked me to return the pod and they’ll give me a new one.
When I downloaded the app I had trouble with logging in and the owner of the company, Drew, called me personally to see if he can help. I mean literally the best service. I would never go back to weedmaps.
