This is the biggest update we’ve EVER released. There are too many new additions to list here, so you’ll just have to check it out for yourself! Don’t forget to leave a rating :) New Features: • Redesigned Home Feed • A brand new homepage! New horizontal categories with Trending Posts, Popular Artists and Types, and many more options for entering the explore feed • View your liked posts, and search/filter through them with new button on home feed • View your activity right from the home feed • View your messages directly from the home feed • More personalization based on your interests • Redesigned Explore Page • New Search functionality with autofill for filters and tags • 2x2 posts for better image visibility and information • New filter functionality for better search • Redesigned Profile Page • Total transactions are now displayed, so buyers purchases’ are shown • Added better indication of user profile type • Added sorting by filters to improve searchability on accounts with many posts • Added new section for Badges, so we can add more • Adding ability to get notified when someone you follow makes a new post • Redesigned Post Screen • Similar posts are suggested at the bottom of every listing • Focus on images and pricing information • Displays Seller reviews and reputation on the post • Tags displayed by category, more organized • Search & Filters • Filter by Sold, NFS, Trending, Boosted, and more • Filter by posts from people you follow, you’ve liked, or bookmarked • Tags are suggested based on what you’re typing to autofill • Sort any feed by 5+ conditions: Recency, Relevancy, Popularity, Price, etc • Choose between Listings or Users when searching for improved results • Website • Everything on the app is now available on desktop, with more to come! • Articles about Glass Info and App Updates • New Help Center with FAQs and Guides • New advertising opportunities for sellers that are less intrusive to buyers • Better URLs for legibility, SEO, and saving your custom search queries • Various Improvements • Display fee breakdown when making a post instead of after Bugs Fixed: • Newly updated shipping addresses weren’t being automatically selected • Boosted posts were occasionally being grouped together in certain feeds • Shipping deadline was displaying incorrectly for certain sales • Blocked users’ posts were showing in the blocker’s feed • and other various random small issues If you read this far, thank you for using GlassPass and being an important part of our community!

Only works on listings with a quantity greater than one. • Videos on Listings! Although it's been a while since we last pushed an update, there’s been a ton of changes, improvements, and upgrades over the last few months. Let us know what you think! Here’s the full list of everything we’ve done: New Features: • Videos on Listings! Up to 3 videos, 10 seconds each, can be added to any listing. - All videos still adhere to our community guidelines and prohibited items list. • Quantity on Listings: Sellers can choose to enter a quantity on Offer & BIN posts. • Vastly improved Messaging experience and speed • Added Lightning Bolt icon on explore page for BIN posts. • Added "Artist" quick-filter on the explore page that only shows listings from users with Glassblower account type. • Improved loading time of photos by a lot. Feed and explore page load much faster. • Added new "Verified" check mark badge to show that an account has been verified by GlassPass. • Added Copy/Paste to shipping address from the Order Screen for easier accessibility • Increased the Seller Shipping Period to 5 business days instead of 3 business days. Buyers can request a refund for any item that hasn't been shipped after 5 business days. • Search Algorithm Improvements when both typing words or using filters. Old posts from years ago will no longer show up when searching with words or using filters. We've tweaked the algorithm to prioritize new posts that match the query.  - We strongly recommend all sellers use as many accurate tags and words as possible when making a post! • Added shorter auction periods: 1 hour, 4, 6, 8, and 12 hours are now options • Added American quick filter on explore page • Added Promotions field when making a post. Promotions are usually for Holidays • New Referral Program! Give $5, Get $5 • Added new Origin countries for pieces made in Japan, Canada, and Germany • Started new trade middleman program available by direct request only • Started international waitlist and signup form to bring GlassPass to other countries • New Filter Redesign! - New button and icon with number of selected filters - New filter modal that slides up from the bottom of the screen - Number of posts within each category is displayed next to the filter - Added ability to Sort by lowest or highest price & newest or oldest date - Added ability to filter with price range via minimum & maximum price • Improved results & speed when filtering Bug fixes: • Fixed bug that affected tag entry on create/edit post forms • Adjustment in the display of sold tags on posts with long titles • Fixed issue with Auction notifications • Fixed issue with counter offers • Fixed issue with rounding on Total Income tile on dashboard screen • Changed "Manage Payout Methods" in settings to "Manage Dots Account" • Shipping deadline now takes federal holidays into consideration • Tweaked search algorithm to prioritize recent posts when searching with words and when using filtered tags. Welcome to our biggest update yet! We’ve completely redesigned the transaction process from scratch to simplify buying & selling (and soon, trading)! Here’s what’s new: • Binding Offers & Bids: Now, buyers commit to a payment method when making offers or bids, drastically reducing flaking. When an offer is accepted or an auction is won, the payment is automatically collected. • Buy It Now (BIN) Option: Sellers can set instant purchase prices on listings and auctions. It’s your choice to allow offers – or not! • New Dashboards for Buying & Selling: Easily manage all orders, offers, bids, messages, and activity notifications all in one place – including order history and statistics. • Redesigned Transaction Process: When either buying or selling, the new Transaction Screens have all the information you need: tracking, payment & payout info, status bubbles for current and future steps, and more. • Automatic Payouts to Wallet: Payouts are available in your Dots wallet immediately when the order clears. Withdraw your funds at any time! • Streamlined Messaging: Conversations now exist in a single thread with active orders details displayed in the chat, instead of a different thread for every order. • Written Reviews: Share a more detailed review of a transaction with a new 5-star rating system and the ability to write a summary that’s visible to other users. • Improved Post Creation & Editing: Simplified the process of making a listing. • Faster, Improved Search: 300% speed increase and better search relevancy. • Simplified Account Management: Update email or phone in-app, with less need for support. • Updated Technology Clause and Return Policy: Added specific guidelines for electronic devices' functionality and disputes. Clarified outcomes for certain situations during disputes and return/refund requests. • User Verification: New accounts can’t interact with anyone until they verify they’re a real human, preventing bots or other bad actors. Small improvements & bug fixes: • Added indicator on a post if it was recently Bumped, similar to Boosted posts • Comments are now sorted with the oldest at the top • Improved functionality when using default addresses & payment methods • Added “Share to Instagram” button after making a post • Easier access to apply for Trusted Seller with better placement in-app • Added limits on tag categories to prevent overuse • Added “Open in App” button on mobile webpage to easily go to app • Added new indicator on user’s profile if they’ve been banned • Improved deep links: tapping on a link will take you to the correct screen in-app, instead of just to the home page Let us know what you think and what you want to see next :)
