The Gold Standard of Apps
To start, the pros:
- Their update has streamlined everything, making things much more user friendly for both buyer and seller.
- They allow both pictures and video of the art for buyers to capture the beauty of the piece to the fullest.
- I have firsthand experience when it comes to dealing with their support team. They handled everything in a very efficient manner, I could tell I was engaging in conversation with an actual person, and the issue was resolved within 36 hours. The team they have is outstanding.
- No frills when it comes to how transactions are handled. Everything is upfront and clearly written out for you to see where exactly your money goes and what fees are being processed. Nothing is hidden whatsoever.
There are no cons to using this app, from a buyer OR a sellers perspective. I have yet to find any.

Scammed out of $400 and then banned!
We purchased an indeglo puff o peak pro from someone named something like puffcolover01 and the package arrived open and empty. We spoke to the post office and they said it arrived that way. (“damaged” sticker from P.O. was on package.) We disputed the charge, made contact with the seller, sent pics, everything they asked for, and we have not heard back from them. Then we tried to log in again to see if they responded (a month later) and instead of being able to log on and check, it says we have been banned from GlassPass. What!??? Dude, why would you do that without us be contacted? We have contacted the credit card company and put a stop payment on the charge hopefully we’re able to receive our money back.

Safe and secure
Been using this app since 2021 when it launched. By far the safest way to buy and sell glass accessories. After seeing things on the consumer side and seeing things get worked on in development shows how serious the GlassPass team takes this app. I haven’t sold a single piece off the app downloading. Probably the only way to ensure both parties are getting what they pay for and getting proper reimbursement.

The future of heady commerce
Glass pass has been by far the best way I’ve found to make any kind of heady transaction. The safety and security provided by glass pass is unmatched, customer support is never a hassle and always a real person talking to you, and they obviously care about their users experience. Constant updates come out where the devs actually implement users ideas. Glass pass is a safe and easy way for beginners or vets to interact with the community and grow their collections. Buying and selling dream
I’ve both bought and sold on Glasspass and I must say it’s always made a breeze through the app. This is what app developing is about; listening to the community for streamlined suggestions, constant polling on aesthetics and layout of the app, etc. really shows they care and go the extra mile for the community. Merch is always tastefully done it’s easy to see why people want to rep the brand. Thanks Glasspass for all you’ve done and the growth is really just starting.

This app is legit
Since I’ve found this app my access to good glass has improve ten folds. Every transaction I’ve had has been positive so far and I’ve been buying and selling stuff for a few months now. One of the best part is access to smaller independent glass artists who can make stuff not only quality but also affordable. This app isn’t just for glass but almost anything cannabis related. The app also been improving and adding features too. A++++

Great App - Great Service
GlassPass has rapidly become one of the most trustworthy and easy to use apps for trading glass in my opinion. The Admin (shoutout to Riley Bako specifically for helping me all the time!) is always quick to respond and good with helping with issues. They are constantly updating the app and adding more and more. Would definitely recommend for anyone!

Best glass app out there!!
I have gotten most of my collection from glass pass and will continue to, I see people talking about getting “scammed” or that there’s something wrong with the app when the users most of the time made a mistake on there part and is trying to blame glass pass, the only thing that’s missing the 5 star is that if anybody at all even asks about out of the app transactions that they should be banned from selling or buying in the app just to decrease the amount of people who might fall for it, and considering the app offers a safe payout and payment service you would be silly not to use it, last thing is for sellers, just to get rid of any shipping confusion we need pre paid labels through the app like depop and Poshmark do just so you don’t have to go back and forth with the buyer and ask for more money especially when sellers state shipping is 25 and it comes out to 50+ because they don’t check prior.
