Too much like instagram

I got GlassPass as an artist trying to sell my work and at first I was really enjoying it. Fast forward months later and I’m not that impressed. It’s more of a glass social media page than a market place. I’m not looking for likes or comments when I’m posting something for sale, I’m looking for sales. With the amount of posts that happen in a day it’s very easy for your post to get swallowed up and overlooked. They offer a boost feature to put your post to the top of the feed for 24 hrs but that feature costs $5. All in all it’s cool to have something specifically for glass sales, but I haven’t seen or heard people having much luck with the actual sales of stuff.

Hey fam! We appreciate your feedback a ton. When we first launched, we wanted the app to feel similar to IG because that's where most of our users come from. Looking forward in 2023, we're going to be rebuilding the entire transaction process to be just as seamless as any other marketplace, building new payment types, filters, features, and more. GlassPass started as a small collector-based marketplace, but we've quickly grown to manage over 1,000 sales a month from a huge variety of people. To make sure we can scale efficiently with more & more listings each day, in 2023 we're focusing on making it easier for artists and shops to sell their work. Specifically with BIN, quantities, drops, payment plans, and more ways to show your work within the app, outside of the chronological feed. We're super open to any feedback you have to make this possible... we have so many things in the pipeline that the app is going to look & feel completely refreshed by the end of the year :) Much love! Would love a history of things searched.

Love the app it would be cool to know who u follow when u scroll and also a history of recently looked at pieces cause we’re stoners and forget lol maybe some day!

Mainly cause I like this piece but can’t find it anymore lol didn’t bookmark it unfortunately and don’t remember the guys name.

Security is key

As long as you stay in the app and use common sense the experience is flawless. Take packaging videos and unboxing videos. Support is quick to respond and helpful. Highly recommend setting up an account, posting your glass and letting the app do the work.

Purchase Confidently

Had a not so awesome experience with a seller but the guys at GlassPass made it right and helped me out through the whole process. The app is easy to navigate and the support team is always available to help. I wouldn’t trust any other marketplace of this category like this one.

Best app for buying/selling glass

This app is one of the best things to come along for the glass market in years one of the biggest problems with buying/collections high end/high price glass is not knowing if you’ll ever be able to get your money back if you ever want to sell your glass because of how small the market can be in a local area and this app lets you expand and reach collectors all over the US that you’d never otherwise be able to connect with/sell your glass to

The best way to sell glass!🤯

Glasspass changes the game. It’s like offer up for headies, but even better NO SCAMS. Glasspass holds funds (like escrow) to protect both buyer and seller. I’ve both bought and sold plenty of times on the glasspass and there wasn’t one transaction that wasn’t smooth like butter. 10/10 highly recommend!

Best glass community

Never managed to sell stuff on Facebook even after years of listing, GlassGrab didn’t sell anything for a year. Glasspass sold 6 items so far within 6 months, never had an easier time. Safe for both buyer and seller. Highly recommend.

Ridiculous.

Sold and shipped a rig and followed the exact rules the application gave me. Recipient waited days to pick up the rig, finally did and now that he has it I’m still waiting for my money for almost 2 weeks. Contacted the support they have with absolutely 0 information given to me and literally just a run around for days. Still waiting on my payment as I type this review. I will not sell a piece of glass through this app again.
