Hello! We use standard Apple subscriptions. In accordance with Apple's payment policy, subscription management is platform-side for security reasons, developers do not have access to the transactions and data of users who have signed up for a subscription. You need to cancel your subscription to the app yourself. Short trial period will steal your $
Charge your for a 1 year subscription that is more expensive than any other language learning app including Rosetta Stone, Babbel or Duolingo Premium. Compared to those apps this is a one trick pony that tries in a very unsophisticated way to memorize words and phrases. No grammar, no conversation and no conjugations. Just words and phrases you will have no ideas how or when to use in conversation. Do not even bother trying.

Good afternoon! If you were charged with money, it means that you signed up for an auto-renewing subscription when you activated the trial period. The condition for activating the test period is the activation of a paid subscription. The subscription terms explicitly state that the first 7 days are free, after the trial period is over, payment will be charged. You can cancel your app subscription before the end of the trial period. If the user cancels the subscription before the end of the trial period, no funds will be debited. Please note that the application only offers to connect a subscription, and connecting a subscription implies your consent and confirmation using your account password. If you need a refund, please contact Apple. We don't have access to your account because we use Apple's standard subscriptions.
