HORRIBLE APP
App was really horrible i tried 9 time to get it to detect my id but it would work the one time it work the selfie thing didn’t work y’all need to fix this cause this app is horrible i hate this appp
Doesn’t work
I have tried several times under different lighting and distance. Same error pops up. I have contacted the developer and sent them all the information they requested. I never Heard back from them and it still doesn’t work. Waste of time.
Won’t scan
I had my ID on my phone in the app with no problem. Had to wipe my phone and now the app won’t work. I’ve tried scanning the front of my ID no less than 50 times on different backgrounds and lighting. Chatted with support and they tell me there’s a known issue with the cameras in the iPhone 12 and iPhone 13. I asked if not deactivating on the app before wiping was the issue … they said “sometimes.” Just not helpful.

Unable to take pic of ID
I can’t get the app to take a picture of my license, I’ve tried numerous times in different lighting. Still unable to capture image.
Error
Worked at first but then I changed phones. After that I would get an error when it went to verify. No matter what I do can not get past that.
Second ID and Apple Wallet Compatibility
This app would be perfect if it would add compatibility with the Apple Wallet app as well as allowing you to add a second ID for those of us with multiple state issued cards.
Good but would like to see more
I would give 5 stars because I love how we are keeping up with technology… but I would love to be able add this to my Apple Wallet!
App does not work
This app immediately closes when you open it.
Useless app
When I enter my cell number to get the supposed ‘link’ to register, I get nothing. Have re-entered my phone number about a dozen times now over several days. Worthless.
Another Step
When the app becomes compatible with the Apple Wallet, I will place an additional star. Let's go the extra step and make it happen. Thanks!
