I have been billed 9 times since signing up for the app on August 2 thru October 5 in the amount of $2.99. I want to cancel app and get a refund of what was over charged. Please contact me. Thank you.
Another rip-off app
Why do these apps present themselves as “free” until you go through the whole process of downloading them and then you find they’re actually a rip off, subscription?
Tried on one insect
Identified what looked like a locust as a ladybug.
And all of a sudden my junk mail increased. (By chance or by lack of security?)
I deleted it.
Hopefully the developer keeps improving the app and gets more users as a result.

I took 3 pics of my plain white ceiling and the app claimed it as the Western Honey Bee. I can't upload any pics either. Rating stars shall be empty, just like the pictures I took. The 1 star is strictlt because I have to add 1 to share this

Doesn't work at after update.
BAD IDENTIFIER
I am disappointed with this app I scanned a bug and a ladybird shows up it wasn’t a ladybird I would just like to find a working insect identifier 🙁🙁💔💔

Kept telling me a Giant Ichneumon Wasp was a mud dauber
Spider labeled anything but a spider
Even labeled a spider as a wasp when it’s obviously a spider

We are sorry for the inconvenience! Spiders are not insects and so the app could not identify spiders at this time. We will definitely improve the database to include more species in the future!
