Still poor service
2 months ago I added a review of the lack of support but real quick to take your money. Well the response I got was, “we forwarded this to a different team but in the meantime email us and we will help you use this on your laptop”. Well after SEVERAL emails to rye same email I had been emailing all along STILL no response for assistance on using this on my laptop given I pay for this service.
Do not get me wrong I love the app and its features as it clears up pictures beautifully BUT this lack of support for a product I pay for and want to be able to use on my other device is ridiculous.
I hope you see this and just do not respond with the SAME communication of “email” us as I do not believe anyone even reads the emails! I hope I will get a resolution SOON so I can provide a better review but until then I guess I am stuck with 1 star and an empty wallet!Show lessTea'd Off

I have been using this app for a few years now and it is great. I gave it 3 stars due to the lack of support. I have sent 3 messages asking why I can’t use this on my laptop since I have the paid version (i currently use it on my phone) and I never get a response. It would be so much easier to take care of all my photo enhancements right on my laptop vs sending to my phone and then back to my laptop. I hope a developer will read this and get back to me as I love the app just hate the no response communication. Thank you.Show lessDeveloper Response

I love this app and how well it cleans up photos but I can’t figure out why half of the time I’m still seeing ads and it’s asking me some to subscribe when I’m already paying for it monthly and I can’t find anywhere to contact anybody to ask questions or find out what’s going on?spemir

Awesome for my old photos!
I just use this on a couple of old pictures that were grainy, out of focus and worn color. It made them look brand new! These are pictures of people that are no longer with me, so all I have are the memories. absolutely thrilled to have the pictures look so good!luvtohavefun67
