Now showing ads even with a paid subscription
While I’ve had issues with the service and app for a while, I’ve stuck by it for some of the content but sorry to say no more. Including unskippable ads, some 2 minutes long, before I can watch a movie is unacceptable for a paid service. That this was done without notifying subscribers makes it even worse.Show lessDon’t Waste Your Money
I have been back and forth with Screambox customer service for a few months and nothing has been resolved. It was for a brief moment and it allowed me to pay another $6.99 and then when I went to watch a movie it told me I am not subscribed. Resolved it just to get more money from me. LOL You’ll just keep throwing money at this app and unable to use it. Do yourself a favor a find another way to watch horror movies.Show lessDeveloper Response

Yeah I got charged a for a subscription and conveniently the app crashed right as I subscribed. So if I try to watch a movie it says I need to subscribe to watch it, even though I did and was charged for it, and on top of it if I go try to subscribe again it says one has already been purchased on this device. So I basically got scammed out of $7. I wish I could give this 0 stars.Show lessDeveloper Response
