The app doesn’t allow users to change profile pictures and other settings.
Allow for login with international numbers
Unless you expect only Ghanaians living in Ghana to access the app then it’s fine to restrict it to Ghana number. Else I think it makes sense to accommodate international numbers

The app is junk it always keep stopping I will uninstall the app immediately guys don’t download the app for good thank you
Not suitable for Ghanaians outside
Congratulations Ghana and the Vice President for such a decision to move the data of Ghana to a decision making center. Unfortunately, verification is not viable for Ghanaians outside the country, I entered my Ghana card number but it requires me to have a Ghanaian number, I think there should be an opportunity for any Ghanaian anywhere to verify his or her details with any international number the person is using. Looking at the Citizenship app, if Ghanaians outside the country are able to verify their details, it will help with business and make life a bit comfortable for us. Thank you

Great app for every Ghanaian citizen.
I did download the app on the same day it got launched and I must say it works but still needs couple more things to compliment it to be top notch.
Few negatives;
How can a citizen without Ghana card living in the diaspora use this app.
I think it should be opened to allow passports if there’s no Ghana card so when a card is made, it can be updated smoothly onto the app.
Secondly, if I have no Ghana number, why can’t I use the number I have in the country which I currently live?
So these aspects needs to be looked at to allow more applicants enrol onto the app.
The citizens app is definitely a game changer for every Ghana citizen or resident to make the most out of it being anything from government or public.
This somehow compliments the Uk government website where every information about the country from identity, insurance number, jobs, paying utilities etc.
This is a magic tool for every Ghanaian and should be proud to have this app handy.
If you hate reading, don’t worry it’s nothing complicated at all.
You can do your momo transfer etc using this app.
Massive thanks to the engineers making this a stress free life for all Ghanaian citizens.

When I enter my GH card and mobile number, I get the code but it keeps saying logging for ages.
