Great app, incredible company, & amazing customer service!!
I have been a customer for a few years now and absolutely LOVE Spark*l! The bands are amazing, high quality leathers or upcycled designer bags perfectly sewn into beautiful watch bands and other goodies! Courtney, the founder and owner, is the most amazing person who has a heart of gold. The community that has been created is truly like family. It goes beyond just a watch band. It’s truly something special. I did have some of the same issues with the app and website not syncing when I first started. It’s not a company issue but an app issue, as great as the company is, technology can only do so much and they hit walls. There isn’t any app that can do what this does and what they need that syncs with a store website. So you have to create an account on both - app and website - with the same email AND your info does sync and you can see purchases you make on the app on the website. Customer service is amazing and will help with any issue! The response is often faster than a 24 hour turnaround. You get emails every step of the way from purchase to when your item is shipped. Some items will take longer if you choose to customize otherwise your band will ship within days of purchase! Always keep in mind, everyone working behind the app and computer is a human and it’s still a small business, so be kind. Nothing is perfect! But for a small business, Spark*l is pretty close! 🫶🏼

Designer brands and classics. Various organizations benefit from the sale of Spark’l bands… again, a tribute to the amazing owner who heart is so big and generous. Everything about the Sparkl app and all the people that work there are FANTASTIC. They are truly all hard working individuals. App Lackluster
There is no way to see the progress of your order, and emails updates are not sent. It seems the two are not synced. I love the product, don’t like ordering from this app. I will order straight from the website moving forward.
Terrible Customer Service
I have never in all my life has such a horrific customer service experience with any company. There is no way to provide feedback of any kind. The owner will only hear comments or questions that “bring joy, happiness and positive vibes”. If you share negative feedback or constructive criticism you are instantly a troll or bully. The correspondence takes weeks if not months to get issues resolved (custom order submitted 8/3; still waiting on an accurate invoice 10/3).
Asked during a live sale today about said previous order and was removed from the live sale with account revoked for the following:
Asked the following question: @Sparkl Concierge will you be responding to my email yet today? This is from the Upcycle Bag started on 7/6/22 that still isn't complete and I reached out to Courtney on on Friday since you have failed to respond over and over.
Getting the following response: yes, I will look into it after the live
And then commenting: @Sparkl Concierge hoping for more than "I will look into it" and more "I'll fix it and respond"
Spark*l is focused on their influencers/brand ambassador and not their actual customer base. This is evident in the changes made in their VIP program that directly increased compensation for influencers/brand ambassadors while reducing the VIP customer discount from 20% to 10% even for those who have over $15,000 in annual spends.

Love this app!
I love this app for shopping all things Spark*l but also for the live sales. It’s also great that if we miss them, they are still here. Great app, great company!

While I love this company and have purchased a few watch bands I would love to see a link to the app for emails or customer service.
I purchased and paid for a band over a month ago. Sent 3 emails, only reply was a label had been created and my order was scheduled to be shipped. This was over 2 weeks ago. 😠
Would love for someone to answer my emails.
