Bought a headset with explore oceans product
Got access to Vodiac videos for a while but it kicks you out with no QR code so couldn’t really access anything and it’s very slow, deleted this appIsn’t recognising qr code to get onto the app
Can’t even get onto the app it isn’t recognising the QR code at the start of the app have emailed but not had a responseApp stopped working - support non-existent
I bought a VR headset for my child a couple of years ago. It was working fine until all of a sudden it looks like the app has logged us out and trying to re-connect comes up with a ‘QR Code not recognised’ error.
I messaged support on their web form a few months ago to flag this issue but had no response. I have messaged again but fear that they have rendered this product redundant in order to force the purchase of a newer product.Show less
