I was looking for a fun way to burn calories and I searched dance cardio videos on YouTube and found the Studio. So glad I did. I’ve been an active member since May and it’s brought so much change to my life. Not just in burning calories but my balance has improved, my flexibility and I move with grace in my every day life. I find myself doing dance moves I learned in classes when I’m out shopping and what not. Love it. Could not recommend it enough.Iheartfrosty
