Unable to connect my account
I wanted to use the trial to see if this is useful enough to pay for and I am unable to link my account. It can find my posh name but it will only connect if I put my country as US - but I am in Canada. And I have no items listed under the US. So it is useless for me.

Sales are increasing
Posh sidekick is really helping out my sales on Poshmark. I went ahead and bought a one month subscription and I have been more than able to cover the cost of my prescription and make many more sales above that. Plus I am getting tons of shares and traffic to my closet. I have sold so many things in my closet that have sold through this app that I don’t think would have sold if I had not purchased sidekick. Best app to have!
I regret being on Poshmark without having Posh Sidekick the last couple of years. It is the best app to have. It saves me a lot of time from being on the app and it generates a lot of sales from the features it has. Also the customer service team is the best! They respond quickly whenever I had a question or something didn’t work. I highly recommend having Posh Sidekick with Poshmark. The app practically pays for itself.Show lessroroq07

Game Changer
I lots of fact that this shares my closet, it all allows me to do auctions without having to be at the auction. It certainly has boosted my sales immensely. Poor service
Terrible customer service. Had an outage and they act as if they don’t a responsibility to alert or notify you. And rather than to anticipate folks wanting to live chat and ask questions about said outage, they are go on and off live chart throughout the whole day and can’t be reached. They don’t even answer time sensitive emails. If your business is important and scaling, then this is not for you. Navigating through the app is always an issue, the same notification alerts have not been updated since 2022 and it always lags around midnight and does not work. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND APP
For the last six months I’ve been trying to cancel my membership and this app has been incorrectly charging my credit card and holding the funds. Meanwhile while I’m paying all this it’s not even pushing items in my closet... So what exactly am I paying for? When I email the helpdesk they are of zero help. And then their app has multiple buttons that do not work, including forgot password and t9 end your membership. Super sketchy! Do not recommend especially with all the alternatives out there.
