Just meh
I want desperately to love this app. I want to give it 5 stars. But I’m not certain of what they’re doing. My success varies—and what bothers me is that the reports are grossly inaccurate. My sales get “lost” and even when I sync over and over —my sales trends and data never appear—making it look like I have less revenue. Then on the sales report map—I can’t trust what I’m seeing with revenue by state. I know the numbers are incorrect—as it shows only one customer in a state where I know there are multiples—and on and on. I just canceled my promoted listings subscription because month over month (and I gave it 2 months) I saw no improvement in sales.Show lessJenFriebs
Frequently drops 2nd closet
The app frequently and randomly drops my 2nd closet. I have no idea how long it hasn’t shared when I notice it…usually when sales slow down and by then it’s too late. Do I get compensated for those missed days? I shall ask.maxwell 16y old
Get This App!
I had virtually NO sales until I got this app in July, 23. I had been away from pPosh for a couple of years and needed a boost. I surely got one! Since that time, I have had 105 sales and revenue is climbing per item. I also opted for the new promoted listings feature too. I def do not understand how anyone could write a bad review for this app. If I have problems and write to customer service, I get an immediate answer. I love all the new features and am really excited about the ones coming up next. Worth every penny. My closet has grown from 50 items to 523 in three months and I love not having to share all the time. Don't let anyone tell you sharing doesn't work. I'm so happy!Show lessHuminbrd
Scammy 4 sure
Amazing sales at first & then quickly tapers off to no sales at all again and I have better items now and lowered my prices. So its not me. Sidekick can get all new customers great sales for a few weeks or month & then it tapers offto nothing. I believe t is cause they have to focus all sales onto the newer batch of customers. Its like a casino letting you win a bunch to hook you and then wiping you out and now theres an upgrade to get sales going again. Promoting wasn’t needed the first month I had Sidekick. Why now? Casino Tactics
I sold a ton of stuff the first month. Then less. Then a lot less. Then nothing for months & now the want $15 more to do what it used to do for $30… They get you hooked and reel ya in. Just like a casino. I hate that they got my hopes up of consistent sales. Obviously they can get me sales, but they probably save the tricks for the new members each month to get them sales. I’d like to sidekick the owners of the app in the face!! At least they were dumb enough to have coupon codes as basic as 100off, 50off & 25off. Saved me a bunch on top of using different emails to get extra trials. Im on my 3-4th trial for switching from another share app. So I’ll just come back every other month for a free 30 days for switching apps. Guess I have to pay $15 if I want to sell anything this month.Show lessBest!

This made a difference in my sales
I had previously been using Closetmate, but when I switched to Posh Sidekick, my sales really took off. I have around 850 listings on Poshmark, and I was doing a sale or maybe two before, but now I am consistently making 2-4 per day. Last night I did five, and it was a Monday night! I suspect the option to relist old item has made all the difference. I use List Perfectly, so I was concerned that the new listings wouldn't be connected to List Perfectly. They are not, but it doesn't end up mattering very much, as I just go directly to Poshmark, find the listing, and end it (when it sells on another site). I also appreciate that I can choose not to send offers on listings where I am making less than a certain amount of money, which was not an option with Closetmate. I also like that you can unfollow people, although I don't really use that feature at this time. I am a real seller, and I was not paid or given anything to write this revew. I never review anything but I felt like I owed the makers of this app the review, because it is actually better than what I was using before, and I appreciate all the options.
