Amazing Game

Definitely worth it.
Vectern sis da!

By far the best mobile game I’ve played

Incredible. There are so many different choices and endings, it’s phenomenal. Honestly exactly what I’ve wanted in a game for ages but didn’t find it until now. I’ve replayed this game well over 30 times now and I’m still not bored, one of the most replayable games there is, but there’s nothing like the first run when you truly discover the magic of Suzerain

Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the game!

Genuinely one of the finest games ever made

Suzerain is an incredible example of interactive fiction. If you like politics, foreign relations, or have even a passing interest in macroeconomics, you will like Suzerain. It is primarily an interactive novel, which I personally loved, but if you’re an action person then it may not be for you. Still, if you’re thinking about getting Suzerain, you really should. In fact, very soon an update that will sync it with the PC version, adding huge amounts of extra content, is slated to come out! So there’s no better time than now to try!

Impressively detailed

Lots of work has gone into this, caught me by surprise at the level of detail behind it. Will be buying the full version 👍🏻

Outdated version, badly needs update.

Uses a very old version, the newer versions on of pc is a lot more different and even misses some content (ie: visiting gasom), this older version’s story structure is also different than the new ones on pc so you are out of luck as a new player if you want to use many of the useful Suzerain guides that are based on the newer versions.

Game itself is great but the state of the game on iOS and mobile is a lacklustre and has been for quite the time, when the game is updated, I will happily return and update review to 5 stars.

Superb

What an amazing game. On my 6th or 7th attempt I’ve finally managed to be re-elected. Now I’m going to try a different route all together and see what happens if I try turn the country communist haha.

War

The war with Rumburg with the new updates is impossible to win, I tried every ally, every strategy, every economy and immigration, every decision that leads up to the war, only way to not go to war is if you ally with a super power, you can’t offer trade or peace because then iosef coups you, this needs to get fixed, the old game allowed you to win, all those vids I saw they won, and there 3 years old, I even did what they did the best I could do, but no I still lose, this needs fixed, the war is unbeatable, no matter what strategy or generals, you lose, it’s still a greet game but, the unwinnable war is making it unplayable, fix it or atleast make it easier, for the sake of the players and long term players, I beat this game more then 13 times, can’t win the war or get unleashed from the coup, iosef only accepts you if you retaliate, not even all the time, please.

Balancing gameplay, especially in intense scenarios like this, can be tricky, and your experience is valuable to us and will help us with the next updates.

Great Game - Not a Great Version

This game is amazing, the realistic world building and the intricacies of politics is something about time a game tried to portray.

To keep it short there are a few minuscule issues such as the game being so on rails that at times you might make a choice you don’t realise, or the choice you make has effects that aren’t always made clear to you before its too late, or sometimes not at all.

The real problem however as of now is this isn’t the best version of the game. That title goes to the Steam version which has an entirely new update by ver. 2.0 which overhauls a lot of the game and this version is simply outdated when compared to it.

This goes for the console versions as well. For the price here, absolutely play it and you’ll find a journey you’ll want to come back to even long after the credits roll, but until consoles and more specifically the iPhone version get the well needed update, I’ll keep my review lower than what it deserves, because the game should be much better, and hopefully soon it will be.
