This is such a necessary product! My family uses our Silvertree to make sure our grandma who lives alone is always safe and connected to us in case she needs help. The fall detection feature and the emergency call center give us peace of mind that she can live her life and we can live ours. Customer service is great too! My Reach♥️♥️ and this App♥️
My Reach gives me the security to venture out and about and also in shower. My balance is poor and falls are likely. I check this app frequently during the day as it shows me the remaining power my Reach has. It lets me send hugs to my entire Care Team too.
