  • No more late test reports

This gauge and app has been great! I love the fact that I can test the device then immediately send report to water purveyor and customer. No more scanning in reports and/or mailing in. This would be a five star but I have a couple minor issues. I wish you could just create a report without the gauge adding values. This has only really been an issue when I have entered a wrong piece of info. So currently the only work around is to open in adobe and edit report. One feature I would like to see added is the ability to save customers, so you don’t have to enter info every year.

Our backflow authority won’t accept these tests so we can’t use it. The report looks great though and it would be nice to just be able to save them on phone or email so we can go back later and enter into our system instead of carrying our computers with us. We test many backflows a day on our campus.

While I like the idea behind this app the water authorities in my area won’t accept these reports because the reports are not on their (water authority) form. The report this app generates is very nice looking but not accepted near me.
