Let me start by saying I enjoy my trackers they work well. There are minor issues though the app does not allow you to check or update your subscription status. You have to email the team and wait. It’s time for them to message you back in order to get information about it. Also when the tracker reaches a low point in the battery it’s possible for her to stop tracking and leave the last known location displaying the last known battery level without telling you that it’s gone dead. this was extremely problematic for me as I had it on work vehicles that I did not regularly access. The team is nice and efficient at solving your issues. I just wish these issues weren’t a issue to begin with all and although the tracker works it’s a good price and it has some cool features would recommend to those with patience
