Great Food and Great Service!
Just came home from Brixx - the food was great as usual - Brixx salad and two pizzas. The pizzas are consistently great and the dough is just right. Our waiter, Penn, was attentive and fun. Everything was great from the hostess who quickly accommodated our need for a low top table to the wait staff, including the guys that brought over our food. Location Unavailable - Zero Support
The Greensboro NC location is not available in the app or on the website. I’ve emailed support, I’ve reached out on social media, and I’ve received zero support. I will continue to order from somewhere else before I call to order a pizza. Please fix this.Cd andrews

Please note that Brixx is currently transitioning locations to online ordering, which is why you are unable to view some locations in the app. These locations will be added as online ordering options for delivery or pickup in the future, so please keep an eye out. Until these locations are set up for online ordering, you can still earn rewards points for your in-store purchases by linking a card to your account so your transactions are detected automatically or by submitting receipts for your in-store purchases. Additionally, you can redeem your rewards on in-store purchases at these locations or on online orders at locations that are configured for online ordering in the app.Brixx is consistent
We like our local Brixx here in Ft Mill they do a good job of consistently putting out good products in a timely manner they have a great rewards program on their app always offering good special etc.Johnny pizza guy

Opportunity for lots of improvements
The first thing that was asked was to add a card to get a $5 off coupon. I can understand providing marketing data (email and phone) to get a coupon. Why a credit card? This lost my trust a bit.
I then tried to build my own pizza and found out that isn’t an option at all, nor can I add anything simple to an existing pizza. I then was told that the available time was “unknown”. I was then told that the credit card was invalid, but upon another attempt it worked. Eventually I got the order in but it was a rough experience to get there.Show lesshawkeye20135674

Our lunch was delicious. The food and service are always really good however, very disappointed with the change up in the hummus plate it used to be homemade hummus, and a bigger plate with things to dip it in you could tell the hummus was homemade.
