Brixx app is terrible
Brixx is a great restaurant. The app is really bad. On many occasions, I have used the app to order. By the time I go to check out, I get a message “This location is not accepting orders” I end up calling in my pickup order, then pay in the store. The app is simply a menu app with briken ordering functionality. It used to work, but the order issue started in early 2023 and has not been fixed.Show lessUp12345zxcv

Better than calling. But not by much.
Saved credit cards never work for the next order (so what’s the point). Offers up rewards that don’t seem to ever be able to be applied. Wouldn’t let me add special instructions even though there’s a field for them. A frustrating experience.highfalutintodd

Every time I get to the checkout screen I get a “oops we have an error” error. I can do everything except pay, even though my cc is saved. It has something to do with applying rewards. I really like Brixx, but wish they would fix this app.Jasoninraleigh79

For the second time now, I’ve tried to place an order through the app while redeeming reward points and I get a “Sorry Uh Oh something went wrong” message and it deduct my points without placing the order. This is so frustrating and now it seems to be happening every time I order. Update: I deleted the app and reinstalled it along with deleting and re-entering my payment information and now it seems to be working fine.Show lessMizz Entertainment

The app needs massive improvements, one you can’t add topping buts you can take away. For a pizza joint that makes no sense.
Pick up times, why have pick up times if you pick them then says not available. Also website has ! I can’t even see what I’m typing on the app!Ryan CRV 39
